By using Statt Land, Song (statt-land-song.ch) you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. By using this service you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
Accounts are optional. If you create one, you agree to use an accurate display name that does not impersonate others or is offensive. We may remove or rename accounts that violate this without notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use bots or scripts, manipulate leaderboards, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit abusive content. Violations may result in a permanent ban.
4. Intellectual Property
The game, its design, and source code are the property of Statt Land, Song. Song previews and metadata are provided via the Apple Music and Spotify APIs and remain the property of their respective rights holders. Previews are for in-game use only — not for download or redistribution.
5. Disclaimer & Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Song availability depends on third-party APIs and may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Statt Land, Song. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms or the service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canton Zurich, Switzerland.
